Every Inspector shall keep a file af the records of his inspections and maintain a diary in Form K and shall itz West Bengal Workmen's House-Rent Allawance Rules, [975 submita copy thereof to the Controlling Authority of his area by the fifteenth day of the month following the month to which the diary relates.
