The Young India Skills University, Telangana (Public-Private Partnership) Act, 2024State Act of Telangana · Act 13 of 2024

(1) The Registrar shall be a whole-time paid official of the University appointed by the Board of Governors for a term of three years or less and on such terms and conditions as may be prescribed by the Statutes, provided that he shall not continue in that office for more than six years.

(2) The Registrar shall act as the Secretary of the Executive Council and Academic Council. He/she shall exercise such powers and perform such duties as may be prescribed.

(3) The Executive Council may transfer the Registrar to a suitable position even before the completion of the term provided he/she is shown a position in the University with the same emoluments.
