    My Cases

Case management software for advocates, wired to the court record.

Run the matter from intake to closing, watch the names that matter to your practice, and invoice for the work, without three separate tools and a spreadsheet holding it together.

    What it does

The parts of a practice that actually leak time

Chasing a next date, rebuilding a chronology someone else assembled, and raising invoices from memory at the end of the quarter.

    The whole matter lifecycle

Intake through to closing, with the matter carrying its court, case number, parties and history in one place. Notes and a timeline sit on the file rather than in an email thread, so a matter handed to a junior arrives with its own context.

    Hearings, tasks and deadlines

Task workflows with due dates, hearing dates on the file, and reminders that fire before a limitation period rather than after it. The next date is a field on the matter, not something a clerk remembers.

    Private watchlists on party names

Add a client, a counterparty or a name under diligence. When a new matter involving that name surfaces at an Indian court, it reaches you. Only your own organisation sees who you are watching.

    Team access with real roles

Admin, manager and lawyer roles from the professional tier, so a chamber can give a junior the files they work on without giving them the finances. Enterprise adds department level configuration and bulk matter import.

    GST compliant invoicing

Unlimited GST compliant invoices and bulk invoice generation from the professional tier, plus reporting on matter ageing, team workload and revenue. Billing that understands an Indian practice rather than a US one.

    AI on the matter file

Case strength analysis, argument and counter argument generation, chronology, issue spotting, key facts extraction and citation checking, run against the documents on a matter. A drafting and thinking aid for a lawyer to check, not a decision maker.

    Who it is for

Built for the litigating side of the profession

Advocates and chambers first. The tier you want depends mostly on whether you bill and whether anyone else touches your files.

    Solo practitioners

The entry tier is built around a small docket: a capped number of active cases, tracking on one court, unlimited document upload, task workflows and a timeline. Invoicing and team access are not included at this level, which is the honest trade for the price.

    Small chambers and boutique firms

Unlimited active cases, tracking across up to three courts, team access for up to four members with role based permissions, and full GST compliant invoicing with bulk generation. This is the tier the product is really designed around.

    Larger practices and legal departments

Department level case configuration, bulk matter import, integration with external case trackers, SSO, audit logs and IP whitelisting, with advanced reporting on matter ageing, team workload and revenue.

    The difference

A generic tool holds what you type into it

You can run a practice out of a general project management tool, and plenty of chambers do. The limit is that such a tool knows nothing about courts. Every case number, every next date and every status change gets in there because a human put it there, and stops being true the moment a human forgets.

My Cases sits on the same platform as the court record, so two things become possible that a document and task tool cannot do at any price. First, a matter can carry status from the registry rather than from memory. Second, you can watch a party name across Indian courts and learn about a newly filed matter without anyone running a search, which is the difference between finding out in minutes and finding out when the other side tells you.

The third difference is local. GST compliant invoicing, Indian court structure and hosting in AWS Mumbai with DPDP Act 2023 readiness in mind are not features bolted onto a product designed for another jurisdiction.

    Honest limits

What this will not do for you

Stated here rather than discovered in month two.

    • District Court coverage is live for a defined set of states, currently Delhi, Maharashtra, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Telangana, Uttar Pradesh, Gujarat, Rajasthan, Haryana, Kerala, and Punjab and Chandigarh, with more added each quarter. It is not yet every district in India.
    • Invoicing is not available on the entry tier, and team access starts at the professional tier. How many courts you can watch at once also scales by plan.
    • On the public developer API, the watchlist endpoints, the changes feed and webhook delivery are not live. They appear on the API pricing page as indicative pricing only. The watchlist inside the application is a different thing and does work today.
    • A watchlist match is a court record bearing a name, not a verified identity. Common personal and corporate names will produce matches that are not your party, and no alert is not proof that nothing was filed.
    • Automatic case status reflects what a registry published, and registries publish unevenly. Treat a surfaced status as a prompt to check the official record, never as a substitute for checking it.
    • This is not an enterprise legal operations suite. If you are buying for a large in-house department that needs multi currency eBilling and outside counsel spend management, vendors who build only for that buyer will fit better.

    Case management questions

Put your five busiest matters in it

Not a demo dataset. Your own files, with their real next dates and their real mess. That is the only test that tells you whether a case management tool fits your practice.
