No Guarantee of Completeness: Despite our comprehensive aggregation efforts, we do not represent or warrant that our database contains all court cases or judgments. Official source courts may:

• Not publish certain cases to their online portals
• Experience technical issues preventing data access
• Have inconsistent publication practices across time periods
• Delay publication of some cases
• Remove or modify previously published cases

Additionally, there may be delays between when a court releases information and when it appears on CourtMesh. We cannot guarantee real-time updates or complete historical coverage for all courts and time periods. Users requiring comprehensive coverage should consult multiple sources including direct court records.

Data Quality and Best Effort Basis

All information on CourtMesh is provided "as is" and "as available", without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. CourtMesh aggregates court data from official government sources to provide what we believe to be the most comprehensive collection of Indian court information available. • Completeness: Official court sources may not publish all cases uniformly. Some cases may be missing, delayed, or not published by source courts. Data availability varies by court and time period.

• We aggregate from multiple official government court portals (Supreme Court, all 25 High Courts, District Courts via eCourts / NJDG, and Tribunals including NCLT, NCLAT, ITAT, CESTAT, SAT, TDSAT, and other authorized sources)
• We provide unified search and access across these distributed sources
• We believe our coverage compares favorably to other third-party aggregation services
• We continuously work to improve coverage and data quality

However, we do not claim to have literally every case from every court, nor do we claim superiority over official court sources themselves (which remain the authoritative sources). Different data providers may have different strengths, coverages, and quality levels for different courts or time periods. Users should evaluate multiple sources for their specific needs.

Any reference to legal cases, laws, or external organizations on CourtMesh does not constitute an endorsement or legal verification by CourtMesh. We are an aggregator of information; we do not opine on the content of judgments or guarantee their outcomes.
